How to place an order online?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do and offer free international shipping on all products.

Do you provide diamond certificates?

Yes, we do provide certificates for our lab-grown diamonds over 1 carat. You can request either an IGI or SGL certificate, whichever you prefer. Please note that diamond certificates come with an additional cost. Contact our support team if you have any query.

How to take care of diamonds at home?

Wash your jewelry with clean water, and later wipe it with a soft cotton cloth to keep your jewelry sparkling. Avoid contacting diamonds with harsh chemicals and store them separately.

What products are included in made-to-order?

Made-to-order includes all personalized, customized, engraved, color- size options and all bespoke (link of bespoke collection) items designed according especially for you.

What is your shipping charge?

Cfrona provide free shipping on all products worldwide.

Do you offer a gift wrap service on request?

What is your return policy?

You may apply return for ELIGIBLE ITEMS within 14 days of receiving the item. For more refer our return policy.

How to place a return?

Go to MY ORDER, request for return of an item with the listed reasons within 14 days of receiving the order. After, write to us at cfrona@gmail.com compulsorily with the subject as “return request”, provide order ID and your reason in the description with compulsory images/video clips of the product being returned for a smooth process within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you have any inquiries or unable to make the return, our customer support team is available to service 24*7.

What items are eligible to return?

Only the items specifically given under the “RETURN ELIGIBLE CRITERIA” are allowed for return. We do not accept other items for return than those given under these criteria.

Return eligibility criteria:

All items are eligible for return except personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order items.

The item/items should be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact in original condition.

Items with no CFRONA tags on them or that have been removed are not eligible.

Any engraved rings, bracelets, or necklaces are not eligible, except for wrong engraving on our side.

Any items altered or damaged by you in any way shall not be eligible.

Can I make an exchange?

We no longer accept exchanges. However, in case of a size issue, we can provide an exchange. Please email us at cfrona@gmail.com for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item shall be in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. It must not show signs of wear, tear, or tampering. There should not be any alteration or repair made by a third person. The shipping and handling costs must be borne by you (link of shipping ).

Important Note: Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned later.

How long does it take to process my return?

Our Team will go through your return request and email. After the inspection, we will accept the genuine requests, based on the return eligibility criteria, within 4-5 business days (MONDAY TO FRIDAY).

When the item is returned to us, our Quality Assurance Team will conduct a thorough examination of the item. It should be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact. Once the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 days. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is not in sellable condition.

The period may extend to 7-8 days due to unforeseen events.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item passes through our examination process, we will initiate your refund. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once the product arrives at our warehouse.

The refund shall be made under the given method:

For the defective or damaged items from our side, or For wrong engraved or any faulty items from our side, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and will refund the amount to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

For any reason other than those provided above, we will refund the amount to your Cfrona wallet within 5-7 days. The refund shall be made after deducting shipping charges (shipping link). You can utilize that amount for your next purchase with us.

What is the shipping process and cost for the return?

Shipping costs shall depend on your locality. Check our shipping policy to calculate the cost. Once the request is made through our return portal, we will confirm and assign a delivery agent to you. Kindly hand over the return item to our authorized delivery agent only. In case you return through another agent or by yourself, Cfrona shall not be liable for any theft, damage, or misplaced items.

Why is my order delayed?
