After, write to us at cfrona@gmail.com compulsorily with the subject as “return request”, provide order ID and your reason in the description with compulsory images/video clips of the product being returned for a smooth process within 14 days of receiving the order.

Only the items specifically given under the “RETURN ELIGIBLE CRITERIA” are allowed for return. We do not accept other items for return than those given under these criteria.

The item/items should be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact in original condition.
Items with no CFRONA tags on them or that have been removed are not eligible.
Any engraved rings, bracelets, or necklaces are not eligible, except for wrong engraving on our side.
Any items altered or damaged by you in any way shall not be eligible.

The item shall be in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. It must not show signs of wear, tear, or tampering. There should not be any alteration or repair made by a third person. The shipping and handling costs must be borne by you (link of shipping ).
